Global Brand Marketing
A division with global impact, Global Brand Marketing shapes the way in which guests, peers and other companies understand Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and its diverse portfolio of brands.
Liaising with brand representatives and interacting with multiple departments within the company, Global Brand Marketing works with departments to develop and refine brand initiatives that support Starwood’s mission and business strategy. Because Starwood is powered by the way our guests and owners perceive our company and our brands, we help Starwood as an entity as well as its individual elements find ways to further and enhance the perceptions by those with whom we do business.
Additionally, Starwood’s Global Brand Marketing division focuses on our central distribution channels, Starwood’s award-winning loyalty program – Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG) – and all strategic global partnership relationships.
Starwood operates nine customer contact centers around the world and hosts 11 branded websites available in eight languages and frequented by nearly 200 million unique visitors per year. Our award-winning SPG program started with groundbreaking “No Blackout” policy and has built a legacy of innovation with a series of successful new initiatives in recent years.
