Experience our Internship Program

Starwood Vacation Ownership invites qualified candidates to receive hands-on professional experience through its yearlong Finance and Accounting Internship program in the corporate offices in Orlando, FL.

Our Finance and Accounting Internship targets students completing their MBAs in Finance or their Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting. Successful candidates go on to work closely with the SVO team, gaining valuable career experience, making lasting professional connections, and strengthening their skills in accounting and finance.

Candidates are sourced from the University of Central Florida and Rollins College. We host an information session on campus, and invite prospective candidates to attend a three-hour interview cycle where they meet with HR as well as several members of our Finance and Accounting team.

Recruiting begins in January of each year, followed by offers in March. Interns begin their internship in May, working full-time in the summer and 16-24 hours a week when classes are in session. By working in the same position for the entire duration of their internship, our interns receive in-depth experience that enables them to learn all the intricacies of their role—positioning them for career opportunities post graduation.
