Bruce W. Duncan, 56, served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. since April until September 2007 and Chairman since 2005. From 2002 through 2005, Mr. Duncan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Residential, the largest publicly traded apartment REIT with revenues of $2.1 billion and an enterprise value of over $20 billion. From 1995 until 2000, Mr. Duncan served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, a real estate operating company. Previously he spent 16 years at JMB, most recently as President and Co-CEO of JMB Institutional Realty Corporation. Mr. Duncan has been a Director of the Company since April 1999, and a Trustee of the Trust since August 1995.
