Nancy London
Vice-President, Global Brand Leader, Westin Hotels & Resorts

As the Vice-President, Global Brand Leader for Westin Hotels & Resorts, Ms. London is responsible for the overall performance, integrity and strategic direction of the Westin Brand. She and her team monitor consumer preferences and trends in developing signature branded hotel experiences that drive guest satisfaction and loyalty. Ms. London leads the development and execution of Westin's marketing, food and beverage, standards and communications programs and provides input on development opportunities.

Under London’s leadership, Westin launched the successful “This is how it should feel” campaign, including experiential marketing stunts such as Westin-wrapped NYC subway cars and Metro North bar cars, and a life-sized Zen Garden in San Francisco’s Union Square. London also launched the hotel industry’s first scent-strip advertisement, announcing Westin’s signature White Tea scent.

London started her career in hospitality marketing at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2001 and has been in her current position since May 2009.  Prior to joining Starwood, she held various marketing management positions for publishing companies including Bantam DoubleDay Dell, Time Inc., and International Masters Publishers, Inc.

Having always felt an affinity towards the brand, London jumped at the opportunity to join the Westin brand team in 2004 and embraces Westin’s healthy, active, well-balanced lifestyle.

London is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
