Osvaldo V. Librizzi is President for Latin America for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. In his role, Librizzi directs all hotel operations for the 54 properties in Latin America, including hotels in Mexico, Central and South America. Prior to this appointment, Librizzi was Senior Vice President ITT Corporation and President for ITT Sheraton's Latin America Division.

Librizzi joined the company in 1975 as a Controller in various locations throughout Latin America. He was appointed Divisional Controller in 1980 and was named Vice President that same year.

Between 1982 and 1993 he was General Manager of the Sheraton Hotels in Santiago de Chile and in Buenos Aires. During this period he also held senior management positions including Area Manager, South America; Vice President Latin America & Caribbean Division; Senior Vice President & Director of Operations Latin America Division.

Prior to his association with ITT Sheraton Corporation, Librizzi was with Arthur Andersen & Co.

A Buenos Aires native, he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires as a CPA in 1971.
