Norme degli hotel

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages purchased at the hotel may be consumed in all our public spaces, except the pool area and Motion fitness center. Alcohol purchased outside the hotel may only be consumed in guest rooms.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older in order to check in to the hotel.

Check Policy

We do accept personal checks as payment for hotel charges and cash checks up to $50 for our guests; valid identification and a major credit card are required.

Connecting Room Policy

The hotel offers some connecting rooms, which are subject to availability, so please inquire in advance if you are interested. We will do our best to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee availability.

Early Departure Policy

If you need to depart earlier than your original reservation date, please let the front desk know by 12 noon on your intended departure date and no fee will be charged.

Early Arrival Policy

Check-in begins at 3pm. We will do our best to accommodate guests who arrive earlier, but we cannot guarantee room availability for early arrivals. We are happy to store luggage until your guest room is available.

Gift Certificate Policy

If you wish to use a gift certificate for a complimentary night's stay, please be sure to bring the original certificate to present at check-in. Copies of gift certificates will not be accepted.

Late Checkout Policy

Check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-outs are sometimes possible, subject to room availability, so please ask at the front desk. Guests who check out between 2pm and 6pm will be charged a late check-out fee equal to half the room rate. After 6pm, a full additional night will be charged.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs weighing up to 40 pounds and are happy to provide a dog bed, mat, and doggy bag of supplies upon arrival. No additional fees are charged unless damages are incurred or extra cleaning is required. Dogs must be leashed in all public areas of the hotel, and they are not permitted in the pool area and Motion fitness center, or in the lobby during breakfast and Relax evening reception hours. Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.

Pool Policy

Our pool is open every day from 6am to 10pm, but please be aware that no lifeguard is on duty. Children 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. For our guests' safety, running or horseplay is prohibited in the pool area, and food and beverages are not permitted.

Deposit Policy

Guests who wish to pay in cash must pay the total room rate plus tax for the entire stay at check-in, plus an additional incidental deposit of $50 per day.

Smoking Policy

For the health and wellness of all our guests, the hotel offers a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all hotel public areas, except in designated outdoor areas. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms.
