Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability. A Standard King Room can connect with a One-Bedroom Suite; these are the only rooms that can do so. If you would like connecting rooms, please book them and e-mail the hotel at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the hotel directly.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is not available.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Requests for early check-in are subject to room availability. If available, a $50 USD fee will apply. In order to guarantee early check-in, guest will need to book the previous night. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Early Departure Policy
Rates are based on your length of stay. If you depart earlier than your original departure date, your rate may change to the rate based on your actual length of stay, and you will be charged retroactively.
Late Checkout Policy
A 2pm late checkout is available upon request, subject to availability. Elite level Starwood Preferred Guest members are allowed a 4pm late checkout upon request. Late checkout beyond the confirmed grace period and before 6pm will incur a day rate charge. Guests departing after 6pm will be charged one additional night at full rate.
Alcoholic beverage service and consumption is restriced to guests over the age of 21.
Package Handling Policy
As you plan your trip, please note that the hotel is delighted to assist you with receiving packages sent to the hotel under your name. Please keep in mind that there is a 15 USD handling and storage fee per package, per day which will be added to your folio/room bill. Due to the volume of packages we receive, we will only accept packages for guests who are currently in-house or arriving within 3 days. All other packages will be refused. The package must clearly have the name of the guest in-house or arriving to be accepted. The hotel does not assume any liability and is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Well-mannered dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. Each guest room may have a maximum of two pets. The hotel reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, or soiling public areas. Guests will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of pets, including transportation and kennel charges.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Only gift certificates issued by the hotel sales office or general manager’s office are valid.
A valid credit card/debit card is required at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. Cash will only be accepted at check-out.
For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's accounting department at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival.
