I have been staying at element weekly for over a year now. Park meadows Element is by far an excellent facility with friendly and professional staff, spacious and clean rooms, and overall a perfect stay for both family and business travels. I have and will continue to recommend element.

The front desk staff was unprofessional and completely unprepared for my organization's use of the property. None of the pre-arranged travel services were available and when the shuttle was made available, staff had railed to research their destination.

With the complimentary breakfast and Relax (happy hour), we only needed to get one other meal a day! Unexpected, but very nice. The staff is very attentive, the rooms and atmosphere very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Recommend to others also. Nice location as well.

I stayed Element on Friday January 17th to Saturday the 18th. I was not very happy with the services provided. The room was dirty, specifically the floor, and there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. I chose this room because I needed two beds, so it was a suprise to me that the sofa bed would not have any bedding. When I called down to get the bedding it took nearly 90 minutes for it to be delivered. This was far below my expectations. I also learned that the dvd player did not work. I was not going to wait an additional 90 minutes for this to be resolved, so I watched poor quality (poor video quality) television instead. The swimming pool was dirty, and the railing in the pool was broken. The Breakfast was sub par, and the service at breakfast was even worse than the food. I am dissapointed that This is a Starwood Hotel, and I am even more dissapointed that I can not give a good recommendation. I travel frequently on business and host many friends from out of town, this hotel will never get my business again.

This was my first stay at an Element hotel and it is one of my best stay at any hotel. I travel for business every week and staying at a very comfortable hotel is very important.
The Element Denver is now my favorite hotel to stay. I will be staying there anytime I visit Denver.

We are going to have a lot of guest speakers come in to town. So we personally came to check out the property as an option for our guests. We are confident this property will take care of them in the manner in which we expect. We are pleased to have found such a great hotel.

All good but for weird and uncomfortable cooling (and heating) system. The cold air pours down on the seating area making it very uncomfortable to sit. Often, inexplicably, the heat would come up...despite temps outdoors in the 90's!
Otherwise, a great property.

It reminded me of a studio apt. which was nice. I did not like the "main" switch that needed turned on to have all other lights operational. A nice breakfast served daily and the "relax" time in lounge daily was nice. The gym facilities were great as well.

This was my first time staying in The Element Hotel. It is comfortable and clean without all the extras. The location is great as it is close to the interstate, restaurants and entertainment.

During my stay at the Element Denver Park Meadows, I was extremely impressed by the staff going over and beyond to resolve an issue I had.
Scott and the entire staff are extremely customer focused and it shows. I will be staying back here again.

When I checked in I expected to pay for my reservation in full instead they charged my debit card a $300 deposit and upon check-out the full amount of my stay. But the $300 will be returned (I could have used it for my graduation trip but ok). The lavish pool shown on the website is tiny in real life and was ICE cold. I tried to tell the front desk the first night but no one was there, told them first thing the next morning, they said they would fix it, still freezing that night, told them again the next morning they said they would fix it but we checked out. Their 'dream' bed was not comfortable, both myself and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. It was a beautiful room but the other problems plus snooty front desk people made it a very unenjoyable trip. Also my reservation said I would get 'a full breakfast' like its something special, it was just the normal morning guess bar. And the website says that they put pet beds and water dishes in the room for pets, they did not do this. Overall a huge disapointment.

From check in to departure it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were top notch. Very clean, very eco friendly. It was like having my own little apartment!! I loved it & the fact I could make my own meals was a bonus.

The room was very nice! It had a full kitchen which was more than I expected! The room was cleaned daily. I didn't partake of the breakfast so I can't respond about that. They did have a good array of teas available to enjoy throughout the day!

I have stayed in approximately 100 hotels and this was by far the best but nowhere near the most expensive. The staff, room, and atmosphere is a unique experience facilitating relaxation and comfort. I will stay at an element every chance I get.

we love this hotel, stay here regularly.
only downside this trip was the lack of dairy products at the breakfast bar. No butter, no cream, no skim milk. Next day everything was back to normal.
the rooms are beautiful, great shower and super bed.

I love Element Hotels! I have stayed for both business and pleasure and have always had pleasurable experiences. It is great to receive free wi-fi, hot breakfast, snacks in the evening, and always greeted by the staff upon leaving or returning.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it has been extremely noisy at all hours. I could hear eveything. When I asked the front desk to do something about the other noisy guests, nothing was done.
Will never stay here again.

We came to Denver for medical appointments., Neither of us had been to Denver before. Using our GPS and "Lone Tree, CO hotels", the closest one was the Element. We are so thankful we found it. It made our unexpected extended stay pleasurable!

Modern decor, had a full kitchen setup. Range top, micro, refrig, DW, sink, pots, pans, untensils, and dishes.
Common areas may to business oriented for soem. But that just may be the more modern look of the hotel.

I was very pleased with the Element hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the food was great. I have already recommended the hotel to coworkers who are going out to Denver later this month. They booked their rooms immediately!

Basically a nice hotel but staying on the second floor was not the best choice. We heard a constant thumping sound until about 11 pm and again the next morning until 8. It sounded like exercise routine background music.

We have stayed here 5+ times in the past year and absolutely love it. The staff is great and the rooms feel new and clean. The area around the hotel has a mall and tons of restaurants. Definitely a nice low key hotel.

Ultra modern and environmentally friendly = stark and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is full of florescent lighting and that makes it very bright in a green white sense. The facilities do use cutting edge technology like a salt water pool and the exercise room is large and well equipped.
Although the thermostat read 75 the room felt like it was 65. I had to turn the heat up to 80 to get the room warm.
The blinds stuck and I actually broke the chain trying to get them open.
The cabinets doors had enough oil on them it could be scraped off with a finger nail.
The cleaning staff seemed confused and inconsistent. I had to request more creamer for the coffee service in the room. They left the ironing board out two days. I would suggest better training and a monthly deep cleaning schedule.
All that said, the Elements is no worse than any other hotel chain out there. If ultra modern is what you crave look here. They upgraded me to a suite just for joining SPG. The rooms have a nice kitchenette and comfortable bed, with nice bedding.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I am there almost every week, I fly in on Sunday and out on Thursday. This is the only place I stay unless I've waited too long to make my reservation and their sold out. Love the room, the staff, everything!

As a frequent traveler, I enjoyed my stay here. The only criticism I would provide is the TV quality was poor along with limited channel selection.
