Having no knowledge of the Element Brand I did know what to expect. I was very pleaaantly surprised with most aspects of the Hotel. The only thing lacking was a more varied breakfast menu.

The room floor plan had a home like feel to it.
bed was very comfortable.The bathroom and shower had a resort feel to it..I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the DFW area.

I was very happy with the breakfast, nice break from the styrofoam eggs to have a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie plus strawberries and granola. Well done, keep it up..

This place was great. The rooms were big, nice, and quiet. The place was really clean, the front desk was helpful and nice, and the price is great. I highly recommend staying here !

Hotel was nice, but breakfast was cold, and there was NO hot water. That alone makes for a very bad day when it's 30 degrees outside..

I have stayed at a few different element hotels and each time I am impressed. The rooms are large and have full kitchens. I now look for Elements around areas I am staying.

I've stayed here on business before. This was a family vacation trip. Either way, this hotel is a great deal. Rooms are spacious with all amenities for an extended stay.

The hotel was nice. Seemed like something was missing. Not many people.
The pool was cold and the outdoor fire pit was in/op.
Over all it was a nice room for the price

The Hotel strategy is great but the building design has created a very noisy enviroment in the rooms due to easy noise transfer between rooms. Unacceptable levels.

Clean, tidy, functional. The bathroom was exceptional. In room coffee was great, as was breakfast coffee. Some healthy choices at breakfast. Would stay again.

I was in Dallas on a business trip and really had a satisfying stay. Except that the front desk staff (during check-in) was bit rude other things were just cool.

I had stayed in this hotel back in April and thought I would try it again since I was in need of a hotel near DFW. The hotel itself is relatively new, the rooms are spacious and modern.
My problem had to do with my specific room. When I checked in to my room it was directly across from the elevator ( not sure that would have been my preference or why you would put an SPG Gold member there).
When I got into my room neither the television or telephones worked. I was able to contact the front desk, they were able to get the television working but not the phones given I never got my wake up call.
Add to that, in the middle of the night I was woken up and decided to walk to the bathroom only to find myself in a puddle of water. Disoriented, I turned the lights on to find water and two spots of the room but not quite sure the source other than mini fridge. Since I had no phone to call the front desk, I threw some towels down and tried going back to bed.
I will say when I shared this info with the front desk, they certainly seemed sympathetic, and offered to credit me with SPG points. Still, I would have preferred a good night sleep.
