This hotel is like staying at a cross between a college dorm room and a hospital. Very cold and industrial.
Shower curtain was missing when we arrived, had to call desk. Very lax at getting maid service, 4:30/5:00 pm rooms still not ready or cleaned. Nothing cozy about this place for sure.

I stayed at this hotel to have a little bit of a getaway from the family for my birthday. Just my wife and I. The room exceeded expectations, the photos didn't do this place justice.

The disappointment began at checking, the desk clerk took a while to check-in my family and I. I was told it was because I booked more than one room. I also could not take advantage of the keyless feature because of the multi room booking. The ac/heater unit was extremely load making it difficult to sleep when it was running. The Make the Green Choice option door magnet was not available. I find that using the green option caused a pileup of garbage in the hallways outside the rooms that was not picked up until the next day.

No wash cloths in the room, soap dispenser in shower missing, no tissues in the room ever for 5 day stay. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room one of the days at all. Shuttle service is horrible, called for shuttle pickup was told it would be 20 minutes, 40 minutes later I called back to ask where the shuffle was. When shuttle picked me up he stated that the gas card declined 3 times when he tried to get gas.

At check in the bathroom was dirty and someone was sent to clean it but that room had not been dusted in a while. I requested extra sheets and blanket for sofa bed and it took 3 calls to get someone to take them to the room and top it off there was a party down the hall till about 2 AM. I called front desk and they were sending someone to look and quiet the guests but I finally fell asleep at 2 and don't know if it happened. Reported it to front desk at check out and I was suppose to have manager call and two days later still no contact has been made.

Front Desk Agent was personable, helpful, efficient and friendly. The shuttle bus driver was engaging.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel, I called to asked why I was over charged for the rooms and I was told that they hold extra money, This should have been shared when I booked the room, after being told this The amounts still didn't add up, I than asked how much was I charged for just the room, the lady got extremely rude, and she even hung up the phone before I was finish my conversation, I'm the one who's missing money I should have been the one with the attitude but being nasty gets you nowhere in life so I will take this problem up with my bank and let the investigate this issue.
