Rated 5 out of 5 by moving in!! I'm in love!!! next time, I will be bringing a bigger suitcase and moving in for good. I loved this hotel, was so happy to be **upgraded** to a 1 bedroom... YEAH!! it was clean, quiet, comfortable, luxurious but not overdone and not pretentious, and then there was the free breakfast and really great breakfast area. love it!! May 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice My husband, daughter & I had a good stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The fridge makes the ice super fast. I like not having to go out of the room for ice. The water filter in the room was appreciated & the beds were super comfy! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shampoo & shower gel dispensers in the shower. So much better than those small, dinky bottles usually found in hotels. My only complaints are: 1. The baseboard under the entrance to the shower was dirty. I really don't like to see other people's dirt when I got to a hotel. Especially in the bathroom. 2. The snacks were just tool darn expensive. Five bucks for a regular sized pack of skittles is just robbery. I won't be doing that ever again. 3. Don't make the guest feel like there's something wrong with asking for a 4pm check-out. It's one of the benefits of being an SPG member. With All That said, I will definitely be back. December 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel has great rooms The bed was great, the room overall great. The shower was awesome. The breakfast bar a bit disappointing on a weekend, not as much food as some places. Since we only had bed made and no new sheets each day, I guess they don't replace anything. Ran out of Kleenex and they did not give us another bottle of the lotion/moisturizer when we were out. The staff was great. The only disappointment was that apparently they allow large dogs because we had to request we be moved due to large dogs barking and unattended. They did take care of the problem right away, don't know what would have happened though if they did not have any extra rooms. This happened to us before at another hotel and we listened to dogs bark all night. That would be my only issue with staying here again is they allow pets. Otherwise it was probably the best experience I have had at a hotel. Very pleasant and polite staff and great room August 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Leaky showers, bad housekeeping Cheap and fairly clean. Housekeeping didn't clean our room every day. The shower doors leak water into the bathroom. This is making tiles moldy and gross. Housekeeping not great even when done. (Left coffee filter in sink, dirty mirror, etc). Broken blinds in 339. Water takes forever (ie 10 min) to get to stable temp in shower in 340. Still, not bad for $99. March 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel at perfect area The full kitchen allows us have breakfast and lunch at our cozy room, which is great as we buy food we like and saved us $$ from dining out. Having a separate bedroom is a great privacy to have while we have a living room to use to entertain our local friends who came to see us. The hotel provides a great variety of features, and we plan to visit here time and time again. Thank you! April 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another Fantastic Visit Another late night in Lonetree that ended very well. Quick check in and Matt took good care of us as always. Sad I left my watch in the room but hoping they found it, going to stop in tonight or tomorrow again. Either way will def be back as the hotel is amazing and the service is far superior than my previous choices of your competitors which stand no chance. Thanks again Matt!! August 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceeded my expectations I stayed at the element in Denver while I was looking for a house and interviewing for jobs. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially Dan. Breakfast was great, everyone seemeded very happy. Work out facilities have enough machines and TV on each until - I will 100% be back to element denver. April 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great base for awesome concert The Element provided the perfect base for attending the Joe Walsh/Bob Seger concert in Denver. We had won tickets and a limo ride, so had the limo come to the hotel, where we enjoyed the happy hours hors de ouvres before departure. After a late night, the complimentary morning breakfast was a much appreciated way to send us back home! The rainfall shower didn't hurt either! April 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel Loved staying here. Room was comfortable and really loved the filtered water tap. Kitchen, including full fridge, was super. Only have two issues: 1) Hate the scent you pump into the lobby. For people with breathing issues or sensitivity to scents this is very difficult to support. 2) your showerhead, though cool looking, is pretty wimpy. Otherwise, we had a great stay! July 6, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Close Encounter When I opened the door to my room there was already a man sleeping in the bed. He jumped out of bed ready to fight me, and I ran out screaming. I told the front desk and they just gave me a different room. Don't you think I could get a free bottle of water or something from the panic attack you just caused me (not to mention the poor guy who woke up scared to death). November 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable hotel with very friendly & helpful staff Love this Element. Can't say enough nice things about the location (for business), the facility (clean & shiny) & the staff (so very friendly & helpful). My bed was comfy, breakfast was good (even warm at 9:30 am when i got to it) & having a small kitchen really helps even on short stays. Only thing that would make this hotel better would be the addition of a bar. August 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great hotel We stayed at this hotel once before and it is a really great hotel. It is very clean and it has very good access to the freeways in Denver. We actually recommended this hotel to a couple of other people and they stayed here as well. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of local activities to keep the kids occupied. May 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Convenient Nice, new property. Very helpful staff. Clean, updated decor. Only challenges were: air conditiioning unit in bedroom that was noisy and blew onto the bed, and average room cleaning services. Conveneient to any number of chain restuarants and the nearby Mall. Quick drive to many other small towns/communities that have more interesting restaurants and shops. August 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! Had the chance to meet the Mangers at the Happy Hour. Carrie, Scott and Luis were really nice and very attentive with all the guests enjoying the Relax (Happy Hour). The chicken salad was amazingly good and the tortellini very tasty. Ali from the engineer department, Kaitlyn in the Front Desk also were very nice. Keep the hard and good work! February 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by So Relaxing and Nice We always enjoy our stay at this Element Hotel in Denver! We appreciate the clean, very modern, quiet home like feeling! From the minute we arrived we always feel at home! The managers reception, room with a living room and kitchen and the morning healthy breakfast! The grounds are very nice with the water element and fire pit! You will enjoy! October 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Strange, but nice This hotel reminds me of something in Europe. It's got a green focus, and the building has the same sensibility of a mid-price hotel in Germany, for example. It has a nice gym, and the breakfast is pretty nice in the morning. The afternoon happy hour is also one of the few I've attended because it's right in the lobby area. Good value, too. Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice try, but missed the mark Lobby looks nice, and rooms look like they have been updated, but not very comfortable. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room the first day we were there, we had to call twice and waited over an hour for towels, and linens for the extra bed. Second day the room was cleaned, but no towels were left. Staffed seemed to be put out by us. June 27, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel - needs serious cleaning From the elevator to the carpet in the hallways, to the kitchenettes, this hotel needs a serious cleaning. There were scuffs and litter all over the common areas, the elevator was dirty and the kitchenette was not too clean. The lampshade was broken and sitting lopsided in my room as well. Just not up to par as far as being tidy. December 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Smart hotel with top quality services Great place to run home to after a long day at the office. Although not home home, I felt it did a good job of covering June 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by First Time User Had never heard of the Element Brand by Westin and was pleasantly surprised by the features. Heavenly bed, free breakfast that is better than most, free internet, evening beer/wine/snacks for free, workout center, pool and a great location by the Park Meadows Mall. Will stay there again even if it is 20 miles from my family/work. June 11, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Really Let Down Dan at the front desk at check in referred the Hotel to a Silver "Leaf" not LEED. I told him I had built several LEED projects and he just stared at me then commented their was only one level of "Leaf" building. Things got worse when we checked into our room and had a refrigerator full of food from the previous occupants, no towels and it was apparent the carpet had not been vacuumed. The NEXT day after leaving the room for a round of golf and returning around 5 PM the room still was not made up or cleaned. No towels, no sheets, no service. We called for housekeeping who brought 2 bath towels and had to ask for wash clothes. 20 minutes later housekeeping was at the door asking to clean the room, we explained that we had just gotten our towels and would like to shower first, then we would go out to dinner and they could then have access to the room. Housekeeping replied that we may have missed our opportunity to have the room cleaned. What a disappointment. May 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Recent stay Great hotel, great location and staff was super friendly. June 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Location! The location is great, near local malls, shops, and restaurants. There is no bathtub, but there is a spa shower. The closet space is limited, but we found niches for our suitcases. The kitchenette was a great addition, but we mostly ate out. The daily coffee refresh was appreciated! April 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel but watch the prices in the hotel store! Great hotel but when I was working out there weren't any cups for the water tank so I went to the desk and had two bottles of Smart Water(not the big ones) charged to my room. I found out when I got the email receipt that I had been charged $8.55. Wow! I am willing to pay for the convenience but that is truly ridiculous. October 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel great lobby area & rooms Like the hotel but the front desk staff/management aren't very friendly. I travel a lot and typically your first impression comes from the person you meet at the front desk. It's a nice hotel with a great lobby and clean rooms so just be aware that the welcome mat isn't always open. March 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Conveniently located near hundreds of stores and restaurants We really enjoyed our stay at the Lone Tree, CO Element. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and even a Putt Putt golf place (closed for the winter). Even IKEA is only a mile or so from the hotel. The mountains were gorgeous in the distance. Very beautiful and enjoyable stay!!! January 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by this hotel is refreshing the rooms are great with practically full kitchens, comfortable beds and nice size bathrooms, the breakfasts included in the price are a nice bonus. May 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous. Refreshing. Modern. Welcoming. This "zen" property exceeded all our expectations. Our suite with fully-equipped kitchen included welcomed touches including filtered water at the sink. Daily happy hour and included breakfast were excellent, and the large gym and pool were perfect. Every hotel should be this nice. THANK YOU. -Greg June 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by great location, great room, great staff The hotel was close to the shopping and activities that my family and I wanted to do. The room was spacious and having a small kitchen gave us an opportunity to relax and have lunch in our room rather than out. This gave us a chance to use the hotel facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. August 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simple Luxury and Comfort I have been staying at element weekly for over a year now. Park meadows Element is by far an excellent facility with friendly and professional staff, spacious and clean rooms, and overall a perfect stay for both family and business travels. I have and will continue to recommend element. February 22, 2013
