Another late night in Lonetree that ended very well. Quick check in and Matt took good care of us as always. Sad I left my watch in the room but hoping they found it, going to stop in tonight or tomorrow again. Either way will def be back as the hotel is amazing and the service is far superior than my previous choices of your competitors which stand no chance. Thanks again Matt!!

I stayed at the element in Denver while I was looking for a house and interviewing for jobs. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed especially Dan. Breakfast was great, everyone seemeded very happy. Work out facilities have enough machines and TV on each until - I will 100% be back to element denver.

The Element provided the perfect base for attending the Joe Walsh/Bob Seger concert in Denver. We had won tickets and a limo ride, so had the limo come to the hotel, where we enjoyed the happy hours hors de ouvres before departure. After a late night, the complimentary morning breakfast was a much appreciated way to send us back home! The rainfall shower didn't hurt either!

From the elevator to the carpet in the hallways, to the kitchenettes, this hotel needs a serious cleaning. There were scuffs and litter all over the common areas, the elevator was dirty and the kitchenette was not too clean. The lampshade was broken and sitting lopsided in my room as well. Just not up to par as far as being tidy.

Loved staying here. Room was comfortable and really loved the filtered water tap. Kitchen, including full fridge, was super. Only have two issues: 1) Hate the scent you pump into the lobby. For people with breathing issues or sensitivity to scents this is very difficult to support. 2) your showerhead, though cool looking, is pretty wimpy. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

When I opened the door to my room there was already a man sleeping in the bed. He jumped out of bed ready to fight me, and I ran out screaming. I told the front desk and they just gave me a different room. Don't you think I could get a free bottle of water or something from the panic attack you just caused me (not to mention the poor guy who woke up scared to death).

Love this Element. Can't say enough nice things about the location (for business), the facility (clean & shiny) & the staff (so very friendly & helpful). My bed was comfy, breakfast was good (even warm at 9:30 am when i got to it) & having a small kitchen really helps even on short stays. Only thing that would make this hotel better would be the addition of a bar.

We stayed at this hotel once before and it is a really great hotel. It is very clean and it has very good access to the freeways in Denver. We actually recommended this hotel to a couple of other people and they stayed here as well. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of local activities to keep the kids occupied.

Nice, new property. Very helpful staff. Clean, updated decor. Only challenges were: air conditiioning unit in bedroom that was noisy and blew onto the bed, and average room cleaning services. Conveneient to any number of chain restuarants and the nearby Mall. Quick drive to many other small towns/communities that have more interesting restaurants and shops.

I stayed Element on Friday January 17th to Saturday the 18th. I was not very happy with the services provided. The room was dirty, specifically the floor, and there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. I chose this room because I needed two beds, so it was a suprise to me that the sofa bed would not have any bedding. When I called down to get the bedding it took nearly 90 minutes for it to be delivered. This was far below my expectations. I also learned that the dvd player did not work. I was not going to wait an additional 90 minutes for this to be resolved, so I watched poor quality (poor video quality) television instead. The swimming pool was dirty, and the railing in the pool was broken. The Breakfast was sub par, and the service at breakfast was even worse than the food. I am dissapointed that This is a Starwood Hotel, and I am even more dissapointed that I can not give a good recommendation. I travel frequently on business and host many friends from out of town, this hotel will never get my business again.

We always enjoy our stay at this Element Hotel in Denver! We appreciate the clean, very modern, quiet home like feeling! From the minute we arrived we always feel at home! The managers reception, room with a living room and kitchen and the morning healthy breakfast! The grounds are very nice with the water element and fire pit! You will enjoy!

This hotel reminds me of something in Europe. It's got a green focus, and the building has the same sensibility of a mid-price hotel in Germany, for example. It has a nice gym, and the breakfast is pretty nice in the morning. The afternoon happy hour is also one of the few I've attended because it's right in the lobby area. Good value, too.

Great hotel but when I was working out there weren't any cups for the water tank so I went to the desk and had two bottles of Smart Water(not the big ones) charged to my room. I found out when I got the email receipt that I had been charged $8.55.
Wow! I am willing to pay for the convenience but that is truly ridiculous.

Lobby looks nice, and rooms look like they have been updated, but not very comfortable. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room the first day we were there, we had to call twice and waited over an hour for towels, and linens for the extra bed. Second day the room was cleaned, but no towels were left. Staffed seemed to be put out by us.

Had never heard of the Element Brand by Westin and was pleasantly surprised by the features. Heavenly bed, free breakfast that is better than most, free internet, evening beer/wine/snacks for free, workout center, pool and a great location by the Park Meadows Mall. Will stay there again even if it is 20 miles from my family/work.

Dan at the front desk at check in referred the Hotel to a Silver "Leaf" not LEED. I told him I had built several LEED projects and he just stared at me then commented their was only one level of "Leaf" building. Things got worse when we checked into our room and had a refrigerator full of food from the previous occupants, no towels and it was apparent the carpet had not been vacuumed.
The NEXT day after leaving the room for a round of golf and returning around 5 PM the room still was not made up or cleaned. No towels, no sheets, no service. We called for housekeeping who brought 2 bath towels and had to ask for wash clothes. 20 minutes later housekeeping was at the door asking to clean the room, we explained that we had just gotten our towels and would like to shower first, then we would go out to dinner and they could then have access to the room. Housekeeping replied that we may have missed our opportunity to have the room cleaned.
What a disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lone Tree, CO Element. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and even a Putt Putt golf place (closed for the winter). Even IKEA is only a mile or so from the hotel. The mountains were gorgeous in the distance. Very beautiful and enjoyable stay!!!

This "zen" property exceeded all our expectations. Our suite with fully-equipped kitchen included welcomed touches including filtered water at the sink. Daily happy hour and included breakfast were excellent, and the large gym and pool were perfect. Every hotel should be this nice. THANK YOU. -Greg

The hotel was close to the shopping and activities that my family and I wanted to do. The room was spacious and having a small kitchen gave us an opportunity to relax and have lunch in our room rather than out. This gave us a chance to use the hotel facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have been staying at element weekly for over a year now. Park meadows Element is by far an excellent facility with friendly and professional staff, spacious and clean rooms, and overall a perfect stay for both family and business travels. I have and will continue to recommend element.

During my stay at the Element Denver Park Meadows, I was extremely impressed by the staff going over and beyond to resolve an issue I had.
Scott and the entire staff are extremely customer focused and it shows. I will be staying back here again.

With the complimentary breakfast and Relax (happy hour), we only needed to get one other meal a day! Unexpected, but very nice. The staff is very attentive, the rooms and atmosphere very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Recommend to others also. Nice location as well.

This was my first stay at an Element hotel and it is one of my best stay at any hotel. I travel for business every week and staying at a very comfortable hotel is very important.
The Element Denver is now my favorite hotel to stay. I will be staying there anytime I visit Denver.

We are going to have a lot of guest speakers come in to town. So we personally came to check out the property as an option for our guests. We are confident this property will take care of them in the manner in which we expect. We are pleased to have found such a great hotel.

The room was very nice! It had a full kitchen which was more than I expected! The room was cleaned daily. I didn't partake of the breakfast so I can't respond about that. They did have a good array of teas available to enjoy throughout the day!

All good but for weird and uncomfortable cooling (and heating) system. The cold air pours down on the seating area making it very uncomfortable to sit. Often, inexplicably, the heat would come up...despite temps outdoors in the 90's!
Otherwise, a great property.

It reminded me of a studio apt. which was nice. I did not like the "main" switch that needed turned on to have all other lights operational. A nice breakfast served daily and the "relax" time in lounge daily was nice. The gym facilities were great as well.

When I checked in I expected to pay for my reservation in full instead they charged my debit card a $300 deposit and upon check-out the full amount of my stay. But the $300 will be returned (I could have used it for my graduation trip but ok). The lavish pool shown on the website is tiny in real life and was ICE cold. I tried to tell the front desk the first night but no one was there, told them first thing the next morning, they said they would fix it, still freezing that night, told them again the next morning they said they would fix it but we checked out. Their 'dream' bed was not comfortable, both myself and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. It was a beautiful room but the other problems plus snooty front desk people made it a very unenjoyable trip. Also my reservation said I would get 'a full breakfast' like its something special, it was just the normal morning guess bar. And the website says that they put pet beds and water dishes in the room for pets, they did not do this. Overall a huge disapointment.
