We stayed at this hotel once before and it is a really great hotel. It is very clean and it has very good access to the freeways in Denver. We actually recommended this hotel to a couple of other people and they stayed here as well. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of local activities to keep the kids occupied.

Nice, new property. Very helpful staff. Clean, updated decor. Only challenges were: air conditiioning unit in bedroom that was noisy and blew onto the bed, and average room cleaning services. Conveneient to any number of chain restuarants and the nearby Mall. Quick drive to many other small towns/communities that have more interesting restaurants and shops.

We stay here whenever we are in the Denver area. The location has easy access to highways and light rail. We love the rooms. They are well set up and we can eat in when we want. The beds are comfortable too. If we need anything, the staff is always responsive.

Had the chance to meet the Mangers at the Happy Hour. Carrie, Scott and Luis were really nice and very attentive with all the guests enjoying the Relax (Happy Hour). The chicken salad was amazingly good and the tortellini very tasty.
Ali from the engineer department, Kaitlyn in the Front Desk also were very nice.

We always enjoy our stay at this Element Hotel in Denver! We appreciate the clean, very modern, quiet home like feeling! From the minute we arrived we always feel at home! The managers reception, room with a living room and kitchen and the morning healthy breakfast! The grounds are very nice with the water element and fire pit! You will enjoy!

This hotel reminds me of something in Europe. It's got a green focus, and the building has the same sensibility of a mid-price hotel in Germany, for example. It has a nice gym, and the breakfast is pretty nice in the morning. The afternoon happy hour is also one of the few I've attended because it's right in the lobby area. Good value, too.

Lobby looks nice, and rooms look like they have been updated, but not very comfortable. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room the first day we were there, we had to call twice and waited over an hour for towels, and linens for the extra bed. Second day the room was cleaned, but no towels were left. Staffed seemed to be put out by us.

I'm in love!!! next time, I will be bringing a bigger suitcase and moving in for good. I loved this hotel, was so happy to be **upgraded** to a 1 bedroom... YEAH!! it was clean, quiet, comfortable, luxurious but not overdone and not pretentious, and then there was the free breakfast and really great breakfast area. love it!!

From the elevator to the carpet in the hallways, to the kitchenettes, this hotel needs a serious cleaning. There were scuffs and litter all over the common areas, the elevator was dirty and the kitchenette was not too clean. The lampshade was broken and sitting lopsided in my room as well. Just not up to par as far as being tidy.

Had never heard of the Element Brand by Westin and was pleasantly surprised by the features. Heavenly bed, free breakfast that is better than most, free internet, evening beer/wine/snacks for free, workout center, pool and a great location by the Park Meadows Mall. Will stay there again even if it is 20 miles from my family/work.

Dan at the front desk at check in referred the Hotel to a Silver "Leaf" not LEED. I told him I had built several LEED projects and he just stared at me then commented their was only one level of "Leaf" building. Things got worse when we checked into our room and had a refrigerator full of food from the previous occupants, no towels and it was apparent the carpet had not been vacuumed.
The NEXT day after leaving the room for a round of golf and returning around 5 PM the room still was not made up or cleaned. No towels, no sheets, no service. We called for housekeeping who brought 2 bath towels and had to ask for wash clothes. 20 minutes later housekeeping was at the door asking to clean the room, we explained that we had just gotten our towels and would like to shower first, then we would go out to dinner and they could then have access to the room. Housekeeping replied that we may have missed our opportunity to have the room cleaned.
What a disappointment.

The heated saltwater pool was incredible. The complimentary hot/cold breakfast was a great way to start the morning. The serving staff kept the breakfast bar clean and fully stocked throughout the morning making the morning breakfast rush seem non-existent.

Great hotel but when I was working out there weren't any cups for the water tank so I went to the desk and had two bottles of Smart Water(not the big ones) charged to my room. I found out when I got the email receipt that I had been charged $8.55.
Wow! I am willing to pay for the convenience but that is truly ridiculous.

I've stayed numerous times at the Element Omaha, and have loved everything about it, including the fact that their breakfast far surpasses any other hotel's complimentary breakfast. I was hoping for the same in Lone Tree, but was very disappointed. Mushy eggs the entire weekend instead of quick, really good grab and go breakfast burritos, no smoothies, no fresh fruit salads, few bagel options, and for the most part dry pastries. On our last day as we were trying to pack up and get to the airport, breakfast wasn't set out until after 6:30am instead of 6am. Minus the one staff member at the front desk who was short and rude at check in, the rest of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The carpet on our floor seemed in need of repair and the doors to the rooms needed a good wiping down.
Great location within easy access to interstates, great restaurants, and great shopping. You can walk to the movies, Starbucks, and several restaurants. That said, I'll stick to Element Omaha and explore other options when I'm in Lone Tree.

I think this is a nice hotel for the right person. It was clean and well attended. I just didn't enjoy the atmosphere. Very, Very modern and cold. I felt like I was in a hospital. Probably won't stay again, but if you like this decor, I would recommend!

Room was clean and comfortable. Gym was well equipped and the equipment was still in good working condition from my last visit 2 years ago. Food quality at the breakfast was not upb to the standard I have experienced at other Element Hotels.

This hotel is Awesome. Great customer service. Clean. Great Free breakfast and happy hour with food adequate for dinner. Dog friendly. Salt water pool. Good gym. Rooms are awesome with full kitchen and wonderful showers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lone Tree, CO Element. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and even a Putt Putt golf place (closed for the winter). Even IKEA is only a mile or so from the hotel. The mountains were gorgeous in the distance. Very beautiful and enjoyable stay!!!

I stay at the Element because of the great accommodations and the helpful staff. My rooms have always been comfortable and clean. Whenever I have needed anything, the staff is so prompt and courteous. The breakfast menu is awesome. An overall great experience to stay there.

I stay frequently at the Element for business travel and every time am delighted by how clean the hotel is and how accomodating the staff are.
As someone who travels for work, I can honestly say the Element provides the best hotel experience out of any I have stayed in.

This "zen" property exceeded all our expectations. Our suite with fully-equipped kitchen included welcomed touches including filtered water at the sink. Daily happy hour and included breakfast were excellent, and the large gym and pool were perfect. Every hotel should be this nice. THANK YOU. -Greg

The hotel was close to the shopping and activities that my family and I wanted to do. The room was spacious and having a small kitchen gave us an opportunity to relax and have lunch in our room rather than out. This gave us a chance to use the hotel facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is great, near local malls, shops, and restaurants. There is no bathtub, but there is a spa shower. The closet space is limited, but we found niches for our suitcases. The kitchenette was a great addition, but we mostly ate out. The daily coffee refresh was appreciated!

I have been staying at element weekly for over a year now. Park meadows Element is by far an excellent facility with friendly and professional staff, spacious and clean rooms, and overall a perfect stay for both family and business travels. I have and will continue to recommend element.

Like the hotel but the front desk staff/management aren't very friendly. I travel a lot and typically your first impression comes from the person you meet at the front desk.
It's a nice hotel with a great lobby and clean rooms so just be aware that the welcome mat isn't always open.

With the complimentary breakfast and Relax (happy hour), we only needed to get one other meal a day! Unexpected, but very nice. The staff is very attentive, the rooms and atmosphere very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Recommend to others also. Nice location as well.

This was my first stay at an Element hotel and it is one of my best stay at any hotel. I travel for business every week and staying at a very comfortable hotel is very important.
The Element Denver is now my favorite hotel to stay. I will be staying there anytime I visit Denver.

We are going to have a lot of guest speakers come in to town. So we personally came to check out the property as an option for our guests. We are confident this property will take care of them in the manner in which we expect. We are pleased to have found such a great hotel.

I stayed Element on Friday January 17th to Saturday the 18th. I was not very happy with the services provided. The room was dirty, specifically the floor, and there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. I chose this room because I needed two beds, so it was a suprise to me that the sofa bed would not have any bedding. When I called down to get the bedding it took nearly 90 minutes for it to be delivered. This was far below my expectations. I also learned that the dvd player did not work. I was not going to wait an additional 90 minutes for this to be resolved, so I watched poor quality (poor video quality) television instead. The swimming pool was dirty, and the railing in the pool was broken. The Breakfast was sub par, and the service at breakfast was even worse than the food. I am dissapointed that This is a Starwood Hotel, and I am even more dissapointed that I can not give a good recommendation. I travel frequently on business and host many friends from out of town, this hotel will never get my business again.
