1) Internet connectivity is worst every day.
2) Laundry was not ready when it was supposed to be as adviced by two different employees and one supervisor.
3) Due to this inconvenience, laundry was supposed to be free of charge but I still got charged.
4) Jogging machines are very dirty (this is not the first time I mention this)
5) Fitness center was out of paper cups for about three days.
6) Dirty towels were not picked up by house keeping.
7) House keeping didn't left clean towels every day.
8) There was a incredible lack of commitment and support from the GM to help me get my laundry issue resolved. All he said was there's nothing I can do.
Since the first time I stayed at Element, the quality of service and installations have considerable decrease making the guest experience absolutely ridiculous!
Last time I visited I said I was going to consider it twice before staying at the element, next time
I am in Denver, Element will not even be an option that I consider.
Extreme disappointed of my experience!

Excellent and convenient location. The suites are spacious and have everything you could possibly need. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

It is easy with today's technologies to make your hotel seem what it truly is not. The free happy hour with appetizers was a joke. This website states bread sticks, quesadillas, and chicken wings, among other things and we got bagged tortilla chips with jar salsa, a lettuce mixture which was not a salad just lettuce no other veggies, and burnt bottom pot stickers or mac&cheese bites. The latter frozen and the bottoms burnt from the baking sheet they were "cooked on". I respect the green theme, but when the rooms have too dim of lighting and the water pressure is way too inadequate, just makes for longer showers , it translates into a poor experience. We should not be able to see through the toilet paper and Kleenex and if you need to use double or triple the amount per usage how is that green. The breakfast was not as advertised on this website, there were no fresh fruit smoothies or breakfast sandwiches. Also the staff was pouring store bought juices into the empty serving containers in front of the guests during breakfast, very tacky. If your Element is portraying being green, what about the fact that for breakfast everything was pre packaged and generating a lot of garbage, which is opposite of going green. The common areas of the hotel are very sterile like a dentist office or a cafeteria. Not inviting at all. If the goal is to not have people hanging around in the common areas that was achieved. The pool was way too small for this facility only indoor and small. Imagine a large salt water hot tub. We came with a girls softball team and this hotel says they are kid friendly, Not true, we were told on more than one occasion to be quiet even though it was only 10pm and pool was open until 11pm. Also the alarm clock in the room was broken and never repaired properly during our stay. For 2 days no toilet paper in the room even after house keeping came. Went to front desk to get the toilet paper myself. Upon check out had to wait 45 minutes for a cart to bring down my stuff. Was told by desk that the whole hotel has only 2 carts, ended up carrying everything by hand down from 3rd floor. If you want no creature comforts, while still paying for creature comforts this is your place. To recap, the management and staff seemed inadequate to be able to care for the amount of guests.My recommendation is a little less green in the rooms and more green in the food service area. On a positive, the full size refrigerator came in handy.

This hotel is pretty contemporary and has mini suites that includes kitchen, frig, plates, cooking-ware, and so on. For business traveler, there isn't much use for those items however free breakfast (not just bagel or muffin) are quite good and changes every day so you don't get bored. Free wifi in every room, though I stayed at the end of the hotel and signal wasn't good in certain spot.
The comfort of the bed is excellent, and very clean, refreshing hotel. I like the fact it has a gym, has quite a few machine with open space.
Overall, I really like this hotel. I been staying here every time I am visiting Denver and DTC.

The Hotel did not have an easy access to the streets for entrance and exits. Early check-in was very accommodating. Rooms were quiet. The refrigerator was malfunctioning upon arrival and looked like it had been leaking onto the floor for awhile ( Nothing was done to the refrigerator while we were there [2 nights]). Room maids were very nice as well as the maintenance personnel. Check- in personnel were accommodating but not overly helpful or friendly. We ran out of tissues the first night there. Sleeping was comfortable.

I mainly stay in the hotel for Business.
The hotel has a Coffee Like Lobby that is great for team meetings and collaboration while there. The staff is very accommodating, and the service is great. Hotel décor is contemporary, and its clean and pleasant
My only issue is I don't sleep well for two reasons: (1# Air condition is very noisy and never stops working unless you switch it off. #2) pillows are small and stiff - uncomfortable for me . as result I don't sleep well and wake up few times a night...

The Element has been our favorite in Denver for a very long time. My favorite thing about the hotel is the shower and the delicious smelling soap. However, this last visit showed a hotel that is not only wearing around the edges but also is not very clean anymore. We had visible dirt in the entry on the vinyl floor and dust bunnies in many corners. I suggest you bring it back to how it was when you first opened....especially the housekeeping.

I've stated several hotels near country and this is by far the best And very reasonable. It's new, contemporary, the complementary food and drinks are better than expected. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.
