Rated 4 out of 5 by Moving13 Great Home for families with pets
We stayed at the hotel for 9 days while we were moving between houses. We had a one bedroom apartment. We all had a great stay, including our 18 year old son and 7 year old Golden Retriever. The breakfast was very nice and the staff who served the breakfast were great. We did have some issues with the dishwasher and water faucet but got fixed pretty quickly. We did have to ask for basic supplies such as dishwasher detergents and soaps. The storage inside the unit was really well designed so that we were able to hide most of our stuff and made our stay more pleasant. The common facility was really nice and pleasant. It was a great stay overall.

Unique design, interesting features, very nice staff. There were many small things - a loose latch on the door, the door to the room was sprung and needed to be rehung, the shower door did not close properly so water leaked all over the floor, the temperture control was out of control, wall covering was hanging loose. If the hotel management continues to let small problems like these accumulate, they soon will have a hovel that is beyond repair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JohnQ617 Great Breakfast with Some Serious Troubles
My one night stay was mostly to have a place to stay on a hold-over from Mother's Day. I had stayed in the past and was treated like a king in the brand new hotel a year back - I was hoping to repraise that stay.
Sadly, this stay was sorely lacking. At check-in, my status was not recognized and I was not offered an upgraded room. When I arrived in my room, I found the TV to not work, which I reported to the front desk.
I was booked into a different room and the employee brought my new keys in a reasonable amount of time. However, the new room was more bad than good. The TV still didn't work (I gave up at that point and went to bed), but I also found that the shower had a massive crack in the floor and leaked onto the bathroom floor when in use.
The ONLY redeeming factor for this over-priced hotel is the breakfast which, to my knowledge, is the best breakfast available in the SPG family (at little to no additional cost). Hot breakfast sandwiches, real yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, and smoothie shot glasses were the highlight of my stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BigBill Element a surprise
I expected not to like the green thing but Element exceeded my expectations. Green implies you'll be sacrificing something, Element didn't do this in the name of green, met SPG standards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nikkib Outstanding Customer Service!
The gentleman on the front desk was very helpful and a weath of information about what surrounded the hotel. The rooms are so cool. I plan on returning so I can take advantage of the kitchen. The shower had to be my favorite. The shower head was high enough that I didn't have to bend over backwards to wash my hair.

I have come to love staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located, has all the amenities I look for when traveling for business, has an excellent breakfast and a warm, friendly staff. In some ways, it's like a home away from home.
I highly recommend.
