Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent extended stay hotel! I am eager to return. Hotel- Element Houston Vintage Park Date 09/03/2016 - 09/04/2016 Overall: Excellent extended stay hotel! I am eager to return. Loyalty Program Recognition- Excellent. Accommodations: Excellent. Furnishings were attractive and appropriately laid out in the room. Quality of Sleep: Excellent. Noise was non-existent. Staff: Excellent. Jose at the front desk was welcoming, informative, and friendly; he deserves kudos. Housekeeping: Very good. My room was pristine. However, I was interrupted by the housekeeping at the usual check-out time, even though I had an approved late check-out time scheduled. In addition, items from the previous guest were left in the refrigerator. Pool/Gym: Excellent. Very attractive, inviting, and well received by guests. Breakfast/Meal Options-. Very good. Food for sale near the front desk was adequate, for an extended stay hotel. Laundry: Not evaluated. Computer/Printer/WiFi: Excellent. Met all usual requirements. Property Appearance: Excellent. Exterior- Almost resembles a hospital. Additional signage is suggested, keeping in the spirit of the neighborhood is recommended. Element branding could be enhanced. Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Experience Ever! I think this facility is highly over rated. Getting there at 1:00 AM & met the most unwelcoming reception. It was evident that I was a bother. I got to the room & the room was extremely hot - like they were not expecting me. I stayed outside the room for about 1 hour before the room got cool. I brought this to Melissa's attention & she gave me a long lecture about being "GREEN" - not so important! What is the essence of being green & making the client suffer? I had to change rooms to accommodate my need to use DVD & HDMI. Check out was like waiting over 45 mins to fix charging & uncharging the wrong/right credit card. It was a nightmare! I & my business will go somewhere else next time. Kudos to the maintenance guy, Mohammed & the ever smiling food lady. Thanks for the opportunity to share! August 2, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Like Coming Home Again! Awesome Stay!! LOVED my stay here again. I almost lived at this hotel a few years ago when it was built. Not much has changed and I love it just as much now. The staff is what really sets this hotel apart from others. Reggie, @ the front desk was so helpful and kind in assisting me. The evening social and breakfast was wonderful. The food was artfully prepared and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Hotel itself was very modern and comfortable. Actually makes me look forward to a Houston trip! I highly recommend this hotel on a stay to the NW area. June 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by A/C in Room was not working Due to flooding I could not get home, so checked in at The Element Vintage on Friday 5/27/2016 for 1 night. When I got to the room the air conditioner was not coming on. Called the front desk after waiting 15-20 mins to see if it come on. The person at the front desk came by 15 mins later, checked and said the A/C was not working. But, there were no other rooms available, other than the ones reserved waiting for the people to come over. So, we didn't have a choice than to stay in a hot room. A fan was brought in, but it made a lot of noise and really didn't cool the room. When I asked what the hotel would do to compensate me for having to stay in a hot room because the A/C didn't work, was told that all they could do is give me a discount and 2500 SPG points. That's all? My room charge should have been credited 100%. A hotel as big as this should either have a round the clock maintenance staff to fix issues (even through the night) or do something more for their guests. June 2, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Business trip I spent 2 weeks in this place and it was a great expereience. I actually had to stay in the hotel for the last week of my trip due to the flood but the employee maintained a great attitude during the difficult time. Will certainly stay here again on my next business trip to the area May 3, 2016
