Rated 5 out of 5 by Bon séjour à Times square Excellent sejour dans cet hotel au calme proche des activités de Times square, du métro. Une belle chambre avec une vue extraordinaire dégagée au 30 étage, un grand lit dans une chambre très bien équipée (peut être un peu petite ?) une réticence pour le petit dej local en ce qui concerne le menu et les locaux mais sans gravité. Je confirme un excellent séjour dans cet hotel avec du personnel présent, aimable et à l'écoute. May 20, 2013

It is located in walking distance of everyting, the staff made us feel at home and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the full breakfast. I would definitly recommanded this hotel. May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent choice on Times Square This hotel is an excellent choice on Times Square particularly for the self-sufficient business traveler or tourist that doesn't care about room service and useless luxuries. Refrigerator, stove, dishes, silverware in the room, lots of power sockets. a comfortable bed, a little convenience store downstairs, excellent location, just around the corner from the ACE lines, and very economical. Rated 1 out of 5 by The hotel was fine BUT THE ELEVATORS WERE A DISASTER Although the rooms were large, the staff efficient, the location ok WE FOUND THE ELEVATORS TO BE A DISASTER. WE HAD TO WAIT OFTEN 15-20 MINUTES JUST TO GET AN ELEVATOR! It was such a depressing experience--one we dreaded. Also the breakfast which was included was quite boring and needed more variety--fresh fruit, freshly made eggs, cheeses--all would have been a welcome addition--we were there for 9 nights and all the breakfasts were the same. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location for NYC visit We stayed one night and saw three Broadway plays, thanks in part to the hotel's great location. An easy seven-block walk from Penn Station, we left the car home and walked around the Times Square area all day Friday and Saturday. The room was clean, large, modern and handsome. We took time to lounge on the roof on the 40th floor during the day and to check out the city's dramatic skyline after midnight. Excellent hot breakfast in the morning. One regret was that we didn't have time to use the pool. Friendly staff provided dining suggestions, stored our suitcase before and after checkout. Would definitely return. May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excelent Hotel ! Great service, room and location. Breakfast is very good (complete). Everytime you can drink a tea or a coffee... always avaliable and fresh. The internet Wifi is free and it works fine. The only problem is the limited space for the breakfast and sometimes you need to wait the elevators (only three). May 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Good Hotel Hotel is nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Elevators in the morning are not fun from about 7-9 AM. They're very crowded and difficult to get one to your floor. Other than that, this was a very good hotel. Central to everything you'll want to do in NYC, and across the street from bus/subway terminal PABT. May 15, 2013
