This hotel is outstanding. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and relaxing. The restaurant that provides room service is excellent, and there is a grocery attached to the hotel, as well. Also many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The couch wasn't real comfortable, but the bed sure is! LOVE the spa shower!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by guido0120 Everything about this hotel is Great!
I really loved this hotel from the minute we drove up. Everything was classy, green, modern, and clean. From the grocery store and kitchens to the wicked comfy beds to the fantastic free breakfast. Couldn't get enough of the neighborhood either, just awesome. I want to LIVE in one of those condos looking down on the park. The only thing I could have done without is paid parking. People who shop at the grocery store for three hours get free parking but someone who pays good money for a hotel room has to pay something like $8 a day to park, kind of lame.

We booked six rooms for a college graduation at Joslyn's Art Museum. First of all the deoor is so modern and cool. Very very clean! Great location!! Shuttle service the best from any other place we have stayed. Even though we checked out the next morning, the shuttle still transported us to three different locations within a five mile radius of the hotel. Very friendly and courteous driver. After the 2nd trip, he wouldn't even accept our tips - said "You've done enough!" Wonderful breakfast choices!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Forbusinessandpleasure Best in Omaha
This is the best hotel in Omaha.
The hotel is new, with a modern decor and feel.
The 1 bedroom and the studio suites are comfortable, and spacious. The groceries store, accessible from the hotel made the fully functional kitchen worth while and convenient.
Their breakfast has a wide range of traditional and healthy options.
The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and major freeways. It is also located within walking distance to a wide range restaurants from causal to formal. It is also right next to a park (during my stay the city was having a concert in the park event).
Nice hotel for the family or business traveler .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Husker81 Green. Different. Heck of a Breakfast
Stayed one night on business. One heck of a location. Great restaurants just steps away. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. I wish I could have had a large glass smoothie they were so good. I recommend the breakfast tacos.
Coffee cups were dirty and the front door zig-zag always tricked me when walking in and out.
I would stay again and recommend to anyone in Omaha!

Rated 2 out of 5 by bonbon27 disappointed in my first stay at a Element
Hotel website only shows pics of 2 diff room types so i thought I was booking the bigger room which was 1brm suite with separate bedroom and living room area with king/queen sofa bed. Front desk not helpful, 1st person having problems with their computer then got passed off to 2nd woman to get our room keys. Nothing was mentioned what room type was confirmed etc. get to room find out is it small, one room only with no separate bedroom area. front desk calls to check if everthing ok, says this is not what i thought i booked. told i booked studio room, all 1brm suites are sold out.
Since this was for special occasion, I was highly disappointed for price we paid. Also faced dodge st which was not pretty view. Went down to front desk, asked to be moved to room facing park instead. Was moved to same type of room with view of front entrance and park. was better location but still not what i wanted and was too late to swtich hotels. I was disappointed in level of service and professionalism of staff. I expected more from a Starwood property.
Also, someone in another room nearby had 2 dogs barking throughout the evening. I wasn't aware that dogs were allowed in the hotel. breakfast in morning ok but limited seating available. plus cold draft running through lobby which was not comfortable place to eat. was expecting scrambled eggs and bacon. Instead all they had was french toast, egg mcmuffin, plain donuts , yogurt, fruit salad and coffee/juices/milk. Also used parking garage, thought hotel would've charged to room like i have at many hotels. Instead had to struggle with machine to get out of the garage next day and pay with credit card.
