Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid & Steady As often I have done, I stayed here when catching a flight out of Omaha. I continue to find this hotel clean, well kept, in good repair, rooms well appointed, however the breakfast can be all over the place, varying widely from stay to stay. April 11, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by It was an amazing surprse My first time to stay at element when i traveled to Omaha. It was a pleasant surprise for me from the time I arrived to the time I checked out. Everything was great. My favorite part is the breakfast. The people takes pride in what they do- and they should be. The best breakfast from all others. I usually like to eat out to try different food but I am excited every morning to have their breakfast especially their breakfast sandwiches. Rooms are spacious with full size kitchen. I really enjoyed the hotel and their I want to go back just for that reason March 20, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable but needs slight improvement We checked in and room we got had a funky odor. Sprayed a little room spray I had and it was a tad better. Phone in room didn't work. Had to use speaker phone for it to work. Room was cold, I told front desk staff and was given a space heater and told to try that and it will warm up. Room didn't but since we had all of our stuff unpacked and set up we didn't want to have to move it all. Kinda disappointed in that aspect... Also the shade in the bedroom got stuck and took a minute to fix. Also, parking seemed a little steep... Kinda disappointed I paid as much as I did and our room was cold and we had to pay for parking as well. Plus when I booked the room I noted I wanted a room looking towards the park that had the lights and we got a view of the parking garage. Very disappointed in the view! Very happy with it being pet friendly and the decor... Nice hotel lobby. Breakfast was ok... January 7, 2016
