We were looking for a hotel half way between Denver and the Chicago Area. We chose Omaha. We needed a suite with a separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in a hotel that is pet friendly. We only stayed one night, but with the kitchen and dining arrangement, it would have been comfortable for a longer stay. We really liked the efficiency and eco friendly considerations of the suite. It would be nice if the hotel would validate the fee for the parking garage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MLT1 Great hotel for business and pleasure
The hotel is well located -- near the airport and also near a number of great restaurants.
The rooms are spacious and full of conveniences like refridgerator and microwave. There's a charming market connected to the hotel.
Just a great spot to work as well as enjoy a weekend.

I really loved this hotel from the minute we drove up. Everything was classy, green, modern, and clean. From the grocery store and kitchens to the wicked comfy beds to the fantastic free breakfast. Couldn't get enough of the neighborhood either, just awesome. I want to LIVE in one of those condos looking down on the park. The only thing I could have done without is paid parking. People who shop at the grocery store for three hours get free parking but someone who pays good money for a hotel room has to pay something like $8 a day to park, kind of lame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lindy34 Thanksgiving at Element
Most of our stay was wonderful. Only one negative. On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, it must have been short-staffed in the kitchen. Very little food was out and what was out was quickly gone. At times people were just waiting for coffee or eggs or silverware. Only one salt and pepper shaker and people kept taking it to their table.

We booked six rooms for a college graduation at Joslyn's Art Museum. First of all the deoor is so modern and cool. Very very clean! Great location!! Shuttle service the best from any other place we have stayed. Even though we checked out the next morning, the shuttle still transported us to three different locations within a five mile radius of the hotel. Very friendly and courteous driver. After the 2nd trip, he wouldn't even accept our tips - said "You've done enough!" Wonderful breakfast choices!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Husker81 Green. Different. Heck of a Breakfast
Stayed one night on business. One heck of a location. Great restaurants just steps away. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. I wish I could have had a large glass smoothie they were so good. I recommend the breakfast tacos.
Coffee cups were dirty and the front door zig-zag always tricked me when walking in and out.
I would stay again and recommend to anyone in Omaha!

This is the best hotel in Omaha.
The hotel is new, with a modern decor and feel.
The 1 bedroom and the studio suites are comfortable, and spacious. The groceries store, accessible from the hotel made the fully functional kitchen worth while and convenient.
Their breakfast has a wide range of traditional and healthy options.
The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and major freeways. It is also located within walking distance to a wide range restaurants from causal to formal. It is also right next to a park (during my stay the city was having a concert in the park event).
Nice hotel for the family or business traveler .
