I have been an SPG member since the very beginning of the program and a Starwood Owner since 2012. I am most impressed with the upscale condo approach that Starwood has taken with Element. I only wish there were more. I especially like the bank of bbqs and the well appointed kitchens.

We've been SPG Gold Members for a while now and have stayed in several SPG hotels in Toronto, Mississauga, Vancouver, Arizona, Los Angles, London ON, London UK, Cancun, San Diego, Seattle, San Francisco... you get the idea. The Element is our new favourite place to stay! We will be seeking out that chain whenever possible.
Check in was a breeze and every staff member we met exceeded our expectations in customer service. The lobby has lots of relaxing sitting area and even has a Wii!
The breakfast was great, the staff picked up dirty plates etc promptly and all the food was restocked quickly. There are Napoleon grills in the patio area, we grilled almost every night and would sit outside chatting till it was time for bed. I understand that on Wednesdays the manager grills up food for the afternoon reception.
We stayed in the largest King room with a full kitchen and a sofa bed. The pictures you see on the Element site are 100% accurate - the room was amazing & had everything you could possibly need to run a kitchen; full fridge, stove top, DISHWASHER, plates, utensil, pots, pans, knives, glasses etc. It was like staying in an apartment, not a hotel room.
The area is being built up and has several restaurants that you can walk to, we did Quesada for lunch and one night hit Fion McCools for drinks. It’s very close to grocery stores and the LCBO, Element even has bikes that you can borrow!! We drive a hybrid and love when hotels and shops have parking just for us, Element has three spots!! Very 'green' hotel, with the option to skip the daily towel & bed changes, but when we needed more towels, dish soap, hand lotion – we had it delivered in minutes.
There are hotels that are closer to the airport for sure, but this location is maybe a 15 minutes drive. I hate to say "for the price, this is an excellent hotel", because even if it was more expensive the Element would still be an amazing deal!!

Ny wife suggested this hotel for a short get-away over the Canada Day long weekend. To say that our stay met our expectations would be an understatement. We'd intended to use the hotel as a base of operations while visiting local attractions - it is very conveniently located - but discovered that it was a wonderful place to unwind with a hot-tub spa, gym and swimming pool. Our children gave the latter an enthusiastic thumbs-up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Funmama This hotel has great rooms.
We really loved the room and with a kitchenette and sofa in addition to two queen beds, there was lots of room for us and our two teenage boys. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. It far surpassed the hotel we had stayed in the night before in downtown Toronto. My husband and I enjoyed the music at the local pub next door for a short while so we had our own break and with its proximity to Wonderland, the kids had their break the following day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We stayed for a night and had no complaints. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The continental breakfast in the morning was average at best and we would have liked a few more choices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thirdroom Very comfortable suites
I stayed with my daughter for one night using the Canada's Wonderland package. The package included a suite with two queen beds, and a kitchen.
The room is not overly large, but it is efficiently designed. The finishings are stylish, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has a full sized fridge and dishwasher, a burner and a microwave, but no oven. It is well equipped with dishes and utensils. There is a small tuck shop in the lobby, but you should bring groceries if you intend to cook.
If you don't want to cook, there are some family friendly restaurants adjacent to the hotel.
The pool and hot tub are both beautiful and I would recommend planning to use them. The fitness centre looked good, although we didn't use it.
The staff are fantastic - very helpful and friendly.
Overall, a very nice new hotel, with excellent service, which is conveniently located.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Eventsonthego Nearly ALL the Elements
The room would have been perfect with less furniture or furnishings on a smaller scale. A Murphy Bed would have been the solution plus a love seat and a chair instead of the sectional sofa. Element is ideal for business travelers who need an extended stay hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nemotheq A wonderful hotel, a great stay
We've stayed in many Starwood hotels, but this was our first Element--and we can't wait to go back. The room was comfortable, stylish, and immaculately clean. The hotel was packed because of a snow/ice storm, but the room, halls, and all facilities were remarkably quiet. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the gym was clean, modern, and convenient. As I say, the hotel was unexpectedly swamped with guests, but everything went along with smiles and courtesy. I can't say enough to commend all the staff for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the most pleasant hotel experiences we've ever had, and cheap at twice the price! We'll be back.
