Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) today announces the opening of Four Points
by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village, the area’s first newly constructed,
moderately priced hotel. Owned by SoHo Village LLC, this stylish and affordable
150-room property offers travelers great beds, an active social scene and
popular extras including free high-speed Internet access and free bottled
water. Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village is ideally located
in New York City’s lively SoHo district, on the border of Greenwich Village.
This marks the second Four Points by Sheraton hotel to open in New York,
joining its sister property the Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan
Chelsea. Four Points will continue its New York City expansion with the
opening of the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown-Times Square in early
2009.
Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village is located at 66 Charlton Street
between Varick and Hudson Street, just steps from a variety of upscale
boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes and clubs. The hotel is close to
Chinatown, Little Italy, Chelsea and Tribeca, and a short subway ride from the
