What services can I expect from Four Points® by Sheraton® Hotels?

What business services does Four Points offer?

Four Points offers the following business services and amenities:

 

Express Check In and Check Out

At Four Points, we understand that you may be on a tight schedule, and we know the value of your time. With this in mind, we offer you the chance to check in fast, and to use Express Check Out: We'll come to your room and check you out right at your door so you can bypass the front desk.

Room Amenities

Four Points rooms give you the space you need to work, as well as dependable, two-line phones, large work desks and cable TV for news and entertainment. For your convenience all our rooms are also equipped with coffee makers, hair dryers and irons.

Laundry and Valet Service

We offer convenient same-day laundry service and delivery 5 days a week. Valet service is also available at all Four Points Hotels.

Meeting Facilities

Four Points is the ideal place for small to mid-size meetings, accommodating 10 to 500 people. We offer business services, such as photocopying, faxing and word processing, to make it easy for you to have a successful meeting. Full banquet and catering services are also available. What is the Four Points guarantee?

Can I bring my pet to a Four Points hotel?

It is best to directly contact the hotel where you wish to stay as restrictions and/or fees or deposits vary.


How can I make special requests regarding my stay?

Special requests can be made when booking your reservation online, or by calling the hotel directly. For instance, if you anticipate needing a wake-up call, room service upon arrival, or if you would like flowers waiting for you in your room, we would like to know. Not every request can be met, but we will do our very best to accommodate you.
