Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

From East

Take highway A94 to "Mittlerer Ring". Follow Garmisch A95/ Lindau A96 to the "Trappentreutunnel". Keep right in the tunnel and follow the signs for "Stadtmitte". Turn right onto "Landsbergerstrasse" and proceed until "Martin -Greif-Strasse". Turn right at the traffic light into "Schwanthalerstrasse". After 100 meters the hotel will be on the left.

From West

Follow highway A96 to its end and follow the signs for "Flughafen" (airport). Follow the "Mittlerer Ring" to teh "Trappentreutunnel". Keep right in the tunnel and follow the signs towards "Stadtmitte". Turn right onto "Landsbergerstrasse" and procee to "Martin-Greif-Strasse". Turn right at the traffic light onto “Schwanthalerstrasse ". The hotel will be on the left after 100 meters.

From South

Follow either highway A8 or A95 to the "Mittlerer Ring". Proceed on Lindau A96 to “Trappentreutunnel". Keep right in the tunnel and follow the signs indicating "Stadtmitte". Turn right onto "Landsbergerstrasse" and proceed to "Martin-Greif-Strasse". Turn right at the traffic light onto "Schwanthalerstrasse". The hotel will be on the left after 100 meters.

From North

Follow highway A9 to exit "Schwabing". Proceed on the "Mittlerer Ring" towards Lindau A96 and exit at "Schwanthaler Höhe". Follow the signs towards "Stadtmitte". Proceed towards "Landsbergerstrasse" until "Martin-Greif-Straße". Turn right at the traffic light onto "Schwanthalerstrasse". The hotel will be on the left after 100 meters.
