Four Points by Sheraton, Darling Harbour, Sydney is the ideal spot for any get-together. With so many flexible meeting venues, we make it easy to host an event here. With full audiovisual support and creative theming from our in-house audiovisual team, you will be sure to make an impression.

Our meeting facilities include 14 spaces plus an outdoor terrace, wireless access, data projectors, and electronically controlled projection screens.

Take centre stage in our 4,400-square foot Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up to 400 theatre style. A large pre-function area is also available, ideal for cocktails or registration.

Located on 15th floor of the hotel, Boardroom XV offers spectacular views across Darling Harbour and west towards the Blue Mountains from its floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony. The perfect spot if you want to impress during a boardroom meeting, dinner for 14, or a cocktail party for up to 20. Boardroom XV also offers a kitchenette and an adjoining accommodation room.

For your convenience, we also have a dedicated check-in area and coach arrival and departure terminal for large groups.
