For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disability Accessible Policy
The hotel has one standard accessible room and one wheelchair available for guest use. In order to reserve the room or wheelchair, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through the concierge during your stay. A minimum of six hours is required. A fee will apply.
No personal checks or travelers checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel does offer the option of 11 connecting rooms located on each floor. Please confirm connecting room availabitlity directly through the hotel by emailing email@example.com.
Credit Card Policy
A cardholder must be present for the hotel to accept a credit card for payment. Otherwise, the cardholder must complete and submit a credit card mail order form.
The form can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org but can only be returned by fax at (0032)(2) 645 6777.
Exchange Rate Policy
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Departure Policy
Prepaid reservations are non-modifiable and unused portions are non-refundable.
For non-prepaid reservations, an early departure fee will not apply if the departure date is changed upon check-in. Otherwise, fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. For further information, please email email@example.com.
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel’s regular check-in time is 3pm. A free early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. The Front Desk can hold onto your luggage until your room becomes available. If you need to guarantee a check-in before 3pm, we recommend that you include the previous night when booking your reservation.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways, including child rollaways, incur extra charges.
Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge). Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate please contact Marie-Anne Paolillo at (32)(2) 224 3109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. For gift certificate bookings, a copy of the gift certificate is required at the time of reservation and the original gift certificate is required upon check-in.
For security purposes, valid government issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Check out time is 12pm. Late checkout between 12pm and 4pm will result in a charge of 35 EUR. After 4pm, a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate will be added. To request a late checkout, please contact the hotel directly.
Small pets up to 15 pounds (cats and dogs only) are allowed in the room. Pets stay free of charge; however, there is a deposit requirement of 50 EUR upon arrival. This fee is to cover any possible damage to the room. The deposit will be refunded if there is no damage upon check-out.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
At check-in, the amount of the stay (room rate per night) plus 50 EUR to cover incidentals is required.
The hotel accepts third-party payments up to a maximum of 2,000 EUR. An authorization form must be received by the hotel before 9am hotel time on the day of arrival. For amounts over 2,000 EUR, a bank transfer must be arranged.
Bank transfer forms must be requested at least nine days before arrival. Payment must be received at least seven days before arrival. For a credit card authorization form or for more information on bank transfers, please email email@example.com.
All public spaces are 100% non-smoking; however, designated smoking guest rooms are available. A 250€ cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
A valid passport or a valid identification card from the guest's country of origin is required at check-in (no copy will be taken).
