Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed. Hotel features rooms with one king bed that connect to a room with two queen beds. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.

Early Departure Policy

Please note that an early departure fee of 50% of room rate plus taxes applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificate reservations are based on availability and must be booked with the hotel directly. For assistance, please contact the Reservations Manager at (902) 474-3906.

ID Requirement

Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

Pet Policy

One dog weighing up to 50 pounds is permitted. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas and are not allowed in the pool, gym, or restaurant areas. Guests will be required to sign a copy of the hotel’s pet waiver upon registration, and provide the hotel two contact phone numbers in the event of a pet-related incident. Should housekeeping services be required during the stay, the dog must be in its kennel, or the guest must arrange for a time that the dog will not be in the room. A one-time pet fee of 25 USD per stay will be added to the guest's bill at time of registration. Cats are not permitted on the premises.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.

Payment Policy

The credit card used at the time of booking is only to guarantee the room. A credit card will be required at check-in to cover the room, tax, and incidentals. The hotel will accept cash or an Interac payment at check-in only if a credit card is also provided and can be authorized for a minimum of 100 CAD for incidentals. The authorization will be released upon departure.

In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guests suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
