Connecting rooms are not available.
The maximum occupancy for all room types is two adults.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check in time is 3pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If available, check-ins before 2pm will be subject to a 25 USD early check-in fee.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Prepaid Reservation Policy
Changes in travel dates to a non-refundable reservation may be considered under certain conditions. The reservation will be recalculated at the current room rate. An administrative transaction fee of $50 USD will occur in addition to any increase in room rate.
A fee will be applied for each change; more than one fee may apply to a reservation. Fee amounts are subject to change at any time without notice.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel with any questions.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates need to be booked directly with our sales department. Please call (212) 337-8309 to make your reservation for a gift certificate.
A valid credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept or bill purchase orders except in rare circumstances when approved through our management company. We receive payment most often by credit card or by credit card authorization.
Tax Exempt Policy
To receive proper credit for Tax Exempt Status, a tax exempt form will only be accepted at check-in.
