Hotel Expansion: September 11, 2012 - October 1, 2013
From September 11, 2012 to October 1, 2103; please note that we are currently expanding our hotel by adding an additional building to offer you more services and features. The comfort of our guests is the focus of our hotel associates and we will endeavor to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. This will in no way hinder the hotel operations. All facilities and services will be offered as normal.

Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting service through an external agency can be arranged for in-house guests. Please contact the hotel directly at least 24 hours before your arrival to get the cost, terms and conditions the service.
Cheque Acceptance Policy
Personal cheques are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Visa Assistance Policy
All guests except GCC nationals require an entry visa. To process an entry visa, we require a cover letter from the individual or company requesting assistance and clear copies of the passport showing the relevant details. The visa process takes 2-3 business days and is subject to the approval of local government authorities. Process fees apply. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
