At least one occupant of each guest room must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
The hotel is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms have either one king-size bed or two double beds. ADA kits are available for the hearing impaired. A wheelchair can be provided when requested in advance but is subject to availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
Each incoming and outgoing envelope and package will incur a handling fee, which is based on weight:
Up to 15 pounds: 5 USD plus tax
16 to 25 pounds: 10 USD plus tax
26 to 50 pounds: 25 USD plus tax
51 to 75 pounds: 50 USD plus tax
More than 75 pounds: special arrangements must be made with the hotel
Large shipments of five or more packages for registered guests, meetings, and events should be pre-arranged with the hotel’s Sales Department. An additional package storage fee of 5 USD plus tax per day will be charged after three days. A package will be returned to its sender if it is not picked up after ten business days.
Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are not available.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For the cardholder’s protection, the credit card used for prepaid reservations must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be charged to a presented card, and prepayment will be credited back to the original credit card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. Personal checks are not accepted.
