Parking Fee Increase: April 1, 2015
Effective April 1, 2015, the outdoor self-parking fee will increase from 12 CAD to 15 CAD per day, per vehicle. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification). Alcohol can only be consumed in guest rooms or other licensed areas of the hotel. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in guest hallways, lobby and other unlicensed areas.

Cheque Cashing Policy
Cheque cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guests with Gold or Platinum status only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request only and cannot be guaranteed. Both parties occupying the rooms must be present at check-in together for the hotel to accommodate the request.
Credit Card Policy
Upon check-in all guests must present the same credit card used to purchase their reservation as well as a matching valid form of photo identification. A $50 deposit hold per day will be placed on the card; however, this deposit is only a hold and not a charge.
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes or gratuities. In addition to the Canadian Dollars, we also accept the US Dollar, Euro and British Pound.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in can be requested while making your reservation, or by contacting the Front Desk prior to your arrival. Early check-in is based on availability and can't be guaranteed.
Extra Bedding Policy
Complimentary rollaway beds are available by request on a first come first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed. Rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two single or two double beds. The maximum occupancy for a room is four persons.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Gift certificates can be redeemed at hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
Valid government issued, photo identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Check-out is at noon. Late check-out up to 3:00 PM. is subject to availability. Check-outs after 3:00pm will incur a half night's room charge. Check-outs after 6:00 PM will incur a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes.
Maximum Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy for all guestrooms is four persons.
Sorry, pets are not allowed. Only seeing eye dogs are allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
The credit card holder must be present for the hotel to accept the credit card as a method of payment. Additional options:
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest's expenses must be arranged directly with the hotel. We do not accept faxed credit card authorization forms - this is for your own security.
Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay the full accommodation rates and taxes plus a $100 security deposit. The unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at checkout, pending inspection of the guest room.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
When you enter Canada, a CBSA officer may ask to see your passport and a valid visa, if one is necessary (contact your Canadian Embassy for information). If you are a citizen of the United States, you do not need a passport to enter Canada. However, you should carry proof of your citizenship, such as a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, as well as photo identification. If you are a permanent resident of Canada or the U.S, you should bring your Permanent Resident Card with you.
