A limited number of rollaway beds are available on request for a daily fee. Please contact the hotel for your extra bed request. A baby cot is available by request in every room category; please request the baby cot in the Special Request section when booking your reservation. This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with baby cots. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
This hotel is not wheelchair accessible and does not offer accessible rooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
As of October 1, 2008, the Munich city center has been established as a low emission zone and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. The hotel is inside the Environmental Zone (Green Zone). Every vehicle entering an Environmental Zone - no matter whether registered in Germany or another country - now needs to display an Environmental Badge. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online.
Only dogs up to 17 pounds are allowed; however, a cleaning fee of 10 EUR per night will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or bar areas. Additional restrictions may apply.
A valid passport or photo ID is required at check in. Visas are not required.
Health & Well-Being Policies

Credit Card Policy
The credit card used to make a reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Please present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
