From January 3 to March 24, 2017, the guestrooms and corridors will be undergoing a light renovation. Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Due to high occupancy, early check-in is not available. Guests arriving before 3pm can pre-register with the front desk and can opt to receive a call when the room is ready. Complimentary luggage storage is available. Guests wanting to guarantee a check-in before 3pm should contact the hotel directly to book the night prior to arrival and to arrange pre-registration.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures are chargeable for the entire stay.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Valet parking service is available through an independent parking company (impark). Fees are strictly billed in 24 hour increments. Any additional time will be billed at a full 24 hour rate.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel will accept up to five packages on behalf of guests. The guest name and reservation number must be clearly printed on the package. Failure to adhere to these restrictions will result in the packages being returned to the sender, at no cost to the hotel.
Dogs up to 35 pounds are allowed. A 100 USD non-refundable deposit will be charged.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Platinum Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $300 per stay. Other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
Credit card authorization forms are accepted. The authorization form must be submitted prior to check-in. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements or via e-mail email@example.com.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Please provide a credit card to guarantee reservations. Another form of payment can be provided at check-in. All charges must be paid in full upon checkout. If using cash or debit card, please ensure that at least $100 per night is available for a refundable deposit.
