Accessibility Policy

Wheelchairs are available for use by hotel guests; please contact the Concierge in advance. Accessible rooms are available in the hotel and must be booked in advance.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but must be requested in advance.

Credit Card Policy

Credit card authorization forms are accepted. Guest must fax a copy of credit card (front and back) with a signed payment authorization form to property via fax number (86)(21) 5870 7003. Signature needs to match card holder's name on credit card.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-in at or before 8am will be subject to a full day room charge. Early check-in at or before 8:01am - 10am will be subject to a half day room charge.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee in Suite accommodations only.

ID Requirement

Passport or photo ID are required for check-in.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment. Chinese currency (Renminbi) is the only accepted currency for cash payment.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the fitness area. A 200 CNY cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in the smoke-free guest rooms.

Visa/Passport Policy

All international visitors to China must have a visa. Per Chinese law, all guests must present their passport upon check-in.
