Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Lost and Found Policy
If you have forgot or lost any articles at the hotel, please contact our lost and found at (905) 363-2446. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, the object and where it may be located. Please contact the hotel for further information.
One pet weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room, for a nightly fee of 25 CAD plus taxes. Only cats and dogs are allowed. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—and may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.

Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
