Restaurant and Room Service Dinner Closure: Jan.1–15, 2017
From January 1 through January 15, 2017, the World Wide Café and Room Service will be closed for dinner service. During this time, breakfast service will still be available at World Wide Café from 6am to 11am and Room Service will be available from 6:30am to 10:30am. Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, 24 hours notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid a one-night penalty charge at the confirmed rate, excluding local taxes.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Facility Use Policy
The parking of oversize vehicles is not permitted. Oversize vehicles is considered any vehicle larger than a extended cab pickup truck or 20 feet in length. Parking of commercial vehicles is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. A service animal owner must have proper certification and may be asked to provide it at check-in. Service animals must be under control at all times, and owners must clean up after them.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel does not tolerate noise or disturbances to guests. The hotel reserves the right to evict any noisy or disturbing guest or visitor. Additionally, the hotel reserves the right to evict unregistered hotel guests after midnight.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported hotel staff or security, will issue a warning to the offending room. If the noise or disturbance continues after two warnings, the offending guest may be asked to leave the premises at Management's discretion.
No parties in guest rooms are allowed. All non registered hotel guests are asked to curtail their visits by 11pm to avoid disturbing other guests.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are not available.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Please be advised that the hotel will only accept a gift certificate issued by the hotel.
