Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
One pet weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room with a 25 USD non-refundable deposit required per stay. Only dogs are allowed. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times on a leash or in a crate and may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets and are welcome at the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are required for all government and state groups.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
All suites are non-smoking. There is a no party policy in all suites and there is no ouside food or beverages allowed in any of the suites.
