Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Accessible Policy
The hotel features fully accessible public areas and three accessible guest rooms, each with wide bathroom entrances. A wheelchair can be arranged through the Concierge.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. The hotel requests that minors are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Professional babysitting and child care services for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years of age are available. 24 hour advanced notice is required. Please email housekeeping for assistance at HSKP.Sanya@fourpoints.com.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available. Advance requests are preferred and are subject to room availability.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Early departure fees may apply upon early departure. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
For guests arriving early who require their rooms prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm, we recommend reserving the room for the previous evening as well.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel offers rollaway beds at an additional charge; cribs are complimentary. Please note that requests are based upon availability. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please note that gift certificate usage is subject to room availability at the time of booking. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional 50% of one night's room charge plus tax will apply. For check-outs 6pm or later, one full night's room charge plus tax will apply.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
The hotel has both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms.
Visa/Passport Policy
All guests must present a valid passport at check-in. Foreign guests are required to present passports with a valid entry and exit visa upon check-in.
