To reserve a room, a guest must be at least 20 years old and have valid photo identification, such as a passport, a driver’s license, or a legal identification card. Guests who are younger than 20 must be accompanied by an adult.

Connecting rooms are subject to availability. To request connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly at least three days before arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
A rollaway bed can be provided for a fee but is subject to availability. A Deluxe Room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please request extra bedding when making your reservation. Availability will be confirmed at arrival. Cribs are complimentary but are subject to availability.
Family Plan Policy
A child younger than 3 years old may sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. A breakfast charge will apply for a child aged 3 to 12 years who sleeps in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. The full adult rate will apply for a child older than 12 years who sleeps in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Please contact the hotel directly when making your reservation.
A Deluxe King Room can accommodate a maximum of two adults. A Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate a maximum of either four adults or two adults and two children; however, rates are based on occupancy by two adults. A fee will apply for each extra person.
A valid, unexpired credit card is required to make a reservation.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
There is no additional charge if the reserved room type is available (subject to availability and operational demands). For a room required before guaranteed check-in time, a full day rate will be charged.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may be able to change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in, depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved. ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts. In the case of a late checkout before 3pm, a fee equal to 50% of the best available rate will apply. For checkouts after 3pm, a fee equal to a full night’s best available rate will apply.

The hotel’s outdoor swimming pool is located on the fifth floor. A child who is younger than 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. A proper swimsuit and a swim cap are required to enter the pool. The hotel reserves the right to disallow guests who are not properly attired.
Foreign travelers must provide a valid visa and passport at check-in.

Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services or accepts any personal checks.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Payment for all expenses incurred during the stay in the hotel should be settled in full upon check-out; either by cash or credit card. A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete an Authorization Approval form and fax or email a clear copy of the front and back of the credit card prior to the guest's arrival.
