Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler’s checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
A limited number of connecting rooms are available; however, they are on a request basis only and cannot be confirmed before arrival.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Arrivals prior to 3pm cannot be guaranteed; however, they will be honored based upon availability. For guests requiring an early check-in, the fee is 50% of one night's room rate plus taxes. If the room is pre-blocked from the previous night, one full night's room rate plus taxes will be applied.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds must be requested in advance, are subject to availability and will incur extra charges. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Guests must fax or email a copy of the gift certificate at the time of booking and are required to present the original certificate upon check-in.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available at an additional charge. For check-outs before 6pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Check-outs after 6pm will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
The hotel accepts payments of cash, credit card, traveler's checks with valid identification, and bank transfers. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements. Hotel does not accept third party payments.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
