Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Cheque Acceptance Policy
Personal cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
Requests for connecting rooms are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival if connecting rooms are required.
Currency Policy
The Four Point by Sheraton Sandakan Hotel trades in Malaysian Ringgit and is pleased to exchange U.S. dollars to local currency per daily rates fixed by the hotel (subject to rate fluctuations). Please note that credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by your bank and may have an effect on the final amount charged to you.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 2pm. Check-in prior to 2pm is subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in prior to 12pm, please reserve the previous night.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to allow a maximum of one additional bed per room with applicable charges. The extra bed charge is subject to government tax and service charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
ID Requirement
We require official identification in the form of a passport or national ID for every registered guest. Certain promotions or specific rate schedules may also require photo identification for verification.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is 12pm. A fee of half the nightly room rate will be charged for late checkouts up to 6pm. After 6pm, one night's full room rate will be charged.
Occupancy Policy
A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years of age) are allowed per room.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
