Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to individuals 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing and cash advances from credit cards are not available. For cash advances from a credit card, an ATM is available in the lobby.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting room requests should be provided at time of reservation and are subject to availability. Please contact hotel prior to arrival for further information.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals prior to the check-in time are subject to availability. Check-ins prior to 7am on the day of arrival will be charged a fee of one night's stay.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificate usage is subject to availability and is limited to certificates that are issued by the hotel. The original voucher is required at time of check-in or the prevailing rate will apply.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts after the check-out time are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
The hotel accepts cash payment, valid credit cards or bank transfers. Third party credit card payments are not accepted. The credit card holder must be physically present with the credit card upon check-in.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are available. All public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
Visa/Passport Policy
Foreign guests are required to present passports with a valid entry and exit visa upon check-in.
