All registered guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check in to a guest room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Guests can check-in after 3pm on the day of arrival. If a room is available prior to this time, the hotel will accommodate an early check-in.
ID Requirement Policy
All registered guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
A limited number of 2pm checkouts can be arranged for a fee of 25 USD. A late checkout request of 3pm will be charged a half-day rate and requests for a departure time of later than 3pm will incur a charge of a full day's rate. All late checkout requests are based on availability and are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Package Handling Policy
Envelopes and small packages received for guests will be accepted and stored in a secure location at no fee. The hotel asks that packages not be delivered to the hotel in advance of 72 hours of guest arrival.
All convention and meeting related materials must be clearly marked with the meeting name, and must not be delivered to the hotel 72 hours prior to scheduled meeting set-up date. Fees may apply to large or excessive quantities of packages.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A daily fee of 25 USD will be charged and added upon check-in. A limit of two dogs per room is strictly enforced.
The pool is for registered hotel guests only.
Health & Well-Being Policies
In an effort to provide an enjoyable stay for all guests, we strictly enforce our Noise/ Disturbance policy. A complaint of excessive noise or disturbance will be investigated and then given one warning. If another complaint is received, the guests causing the disturbance will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. Based on the severity of the disturbance an immediate eviction may be enforced at the manager's discretion.
The hotel is 100% smoke-free and smoking is only allowed outside the building in the designated smoking area.
The hotel accepts personal checks only as an advance deposit. The check must be received at least 7 business days prior to the check-in date. The hotel does not offer check-cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Tax Exempt Policy
Per state guidelines, appropriate taxes will be exempt for registered guests presenting the proper documentation at check-in. Tax exempt guests are required to pay with same method of payment indicated on tax exempt documentation.
