Credit Card Policy
In order for the hotel to accept a credit card, the owner of the credit card must be present.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Departure Policy

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways, including child rollaways, incur extra charges. Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge); however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
If using a Direct Bill Account, the company that will be directly billed must send a fax to the hotel requesting the invoice prior to guest arrival. Pleace specify on the fax which charges should be billed to the company.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 125 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
