Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Up to two pets are allowed per room, and there is no weight limit. An extra charge of 25 CAD per night, per pet will be added to the guest folio. Service animals do not incur an extra charge. A damage waiver must be signed at the time of check-in. Pet-friendly rooms are located on the second floor. A pet cannot be left alone in a guest room. Exotic animals must be kept in a cage or an enclosed container at all times. Prior to arrival, a guest bringing a pet must confirm the availability of a pet-friendly room directly with the hotel.
