Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a suite.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel has a limited number of complimentary rollaway beds available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Rollaway beds must be used in King disability accessible suites.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
A 4pm late checkout is available to Gold and Platinum SPG members only.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Pool Policy
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is non-smoking. A designated smoking area is located outside the hotel. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
