The hotel is fully compliant with all ADA standards. The Four Comfort Bed is available in a King or two Doubles in our accessible rooms. Guests requiring accessible rooms should indicate their specific needs when making a reservation, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate the request. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to adults 21 years or older (with valid identification). Guests are welcome to consume outside food or drinks in their guest rooms, but not in any public space of the hotel. Alcoholic beverages are not available through room service between the hours of 2am and noon.

Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers connecting rooms, based upon availability. Please indicate your need for a connecting room during your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Credit Card Policy
Regardless of the final payment type, the hotel requests a valid credit card on file at check in that will be authorized for one night stay, taxes and incidentals. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Early Departure Policy
If your plans change suddenly and you need to check out prior to your departure date, please inform the front desk before noon and you will only be charged for the nights you have stayed with us, unless there is a minimum number of nights specified on your registration.
Gift Certificate Policy
Valid gift certificates are gladly honored. Please contact the hotel directly to redeem gift certificates.
Late Checkout Policy
To avoid additional room night charges, contact the front desk for any late checkout request.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay including taxes, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged to the card. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For the cardholder's protection, the credit card used for pre-paid reservations must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card, and the pre-payment will be credited to the original credit card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.

A seasonal outdoor pool is available to all guests of the hotel. No lifeguard is on duty and no diving is allowed.
For the safety of our guests and associates, please secure all prescriptions and open medications in a lockable location when not in use. In-room safes are available in every guest room, and a refrigerated safe is available upon request. Any unused or open medication discovered in a vacated guest room after check-out will be promptly collected and destroyed by hotel management.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
