Políticas do hotel
The hotel entrance, restaurant, business center and pool are all ADA accessible. The accessible guest rooms offer either a transfer chair, wheelchair access, or a shower chair upon request. The pool has a lift available for guests needing assistance in the pool. Additionally, the hotel accepts service animals with required documentation.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed (documentation is required). No other pets are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an additional 15% to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take a number of days (designated by your bank or financial institution) to be released after your departure. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges applied by your bank or financial institution.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
