Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes may apply if guests do not inform the front desk of an early checkout.

Lost and Found Policy
Articles left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to 30 days. Food items will be disposed. Please note, hotel is not responsible for shipping and handling. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Cats and dogs weighing up to 40 pounds are allowed in a guest room, with a maximum of two pets. A non-refundable deposit of 15 CAD per pet per stay is required. A pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—and may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in, and guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
