Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is not guaranteed; however, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is not guaranteed; however, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Facility Use Policy
Fitness Center: Guests must be at least 16 years of age.
Pool Area: Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed with proper paperwork.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Guests who are excessively noisy or disturb other guests, after a reasonable request to discontinue, will be asked to leave the hotel with no refund.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
No personal checks are accepted.
Gift Certificate Policy
Guests must provide the original gift certificate document and present it upon check-in on or before the expiration date. Additionally, the certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the hotel.
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests must present an appropriate tax exempt form and an acceptable form of company payment upon check-in.
