Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in, or around the pool area.

Check Policy

No personal checks are accepted for payment unless sent at least 3 weeks in advance. 

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are based on availability at the time of check-in. Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms.

Extra Bedding Policy

No more than two beds are permitted in any one guestroom. Rollaway beds are only permitted in king bedded guestrooms.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

It is important to us that every guest stay is a rewarding and peaceful one. Maintaining a quiet and sleep-conducive environment on guest floors is our highest priority. For this reason, we handle noise complaints in the following manner:

  • Upon the first noise complaint, we will issue a warning to the registered guest.
  • If there is a second complaint, everyone but the registered guest will be required to leave the room and the guest floor.
  • In the event of a third complaint, the registered guest will be required to vacate the property. Room and tax will be non-refundable. 

Pet Policy

Pets 40 pounds and under are welcome however prior approval is required. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival for approval.

Pet owners must sign a liability waiver at check-in. They must also provide a $150 refundable deposit in case of any damage. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and may not be left unattended in the guest room.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Pool Policy

Children under the age of 18 must me be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Smoke-Free Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
