Third-party credit card authorizations are not accepted.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in.
Early Arrival Policy
Arrivals prior to 3pm cannot be guaranteed; however, they will be honored based upon availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to space constraints, rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly and ask for the front desk or front office manager. Only hotel-issued gift certificates will be honored. Reservations are based on availability. Existing reservations cannot be converted to gift-certificate reservations. Expired gift certificates will not be honored.
If a noise complaint is reported, the hotel will give one warning to the offending guest. If the offending guest does not comply with the initial warning, they will be asked to leave and will forfeit any deposit or payment.
Hotel Driveway Policy
Per local ordinance, vehicles cannot stay in the hotel's driveway for more than ten minutes.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
