Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and stay in a room unnaccompanied. A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.
No personal checks are accepted; business checks are accepted.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of a one night stay plus tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date without at least 24 hours notice. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are subject to availability. Please contact the Front Desk prior to arrival.
Facility Use Policy
Most of the hotel’s facilities are available to registered guests only. The restaurant, bar, banquet room, and meeting facilities can be accessed by visitors and the public.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please contact the hotel directly to purchase or redeem gift certificates.
Lost and Found Policy
Items found will be held for 90 days or for the duration of current Pennsylvania state laws. Please contact the Front Desk for more details.
For security purposes, valid identification is required at check-in. Guests must be 18 years or older.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout can be requested but is subject to availability. The hotel adheres to the checkout policies for SPG® members based on SPG levels.
Meeting Room Policy
No outside food or beverages is allowed in meeting rooms.
The hotel reserves the right to vacate any guests who are causing excessive noise or a disturbance.
Loss, Damage and Theft Policy
The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to, during, or following an event or stay.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets. Service animals are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be charged at check-in for the stay plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
There is no lifegaurd on duty at the pool. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 12 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
All public spaces and guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
For tax exemptions, guests must present a valid certificate and identification at check-in.
